What's the pricing difference between each plan?

Social Snowball has two pricing tiers: Snow Day, and Blizzard. The Snow Day plan charges a flat fee + a percentage of affiliate revenue generated by Social Snowball. The Snow Day plan is $99/m + 3% of affiliate revenue, and gives you access to more features. This is great for merchants who are scaling. The Blizzard plan is $499/m, with no commission fees ever. You'll get access to every feature in the Snow Day plan, plus unlock a more hands on support experience + a dedicated account manager. Our Blizzard plan is great for merchants doing higher sales volume.

What do you mean by "affiliate revenue"?

Affiliate revenue is the revenue generated from referral sales. For example, a customer signs up to your affiliate program and posts their discount code on Facebook. Their friend sees the post, and then buys from your website using that discount code. That sale would count towards affiliate revenue.

Can I cancel/change my plan any time?

Yes! You can change plans easily within the app, and cancel anytime by simply uninstalling from your store.
